I’ve lived and breathed the business journey from surviving to thriving for the past 15 years at COOK, the pioneering frozen food brand and founding UK B Corp.
Alongside my role as COOK’s Chief Strategy Officer I now work with other organisations on strategy, culture and brand building, on either a fractional or project basis.

In my time at COOK, we’ve grown our sales from £30m to £130m and our team from 400 people to 2,000. We’ve built a deeply-loved brand. We’ve delivered consistent profit growth and won numerous awards for our workplace culture and social impact. I’ve walked the walk and understand from the inside what it takes to create great outcomes.
